    You might want to check that. I know Kelly beat J.I. Burton both times during the regular season in 1996 and at least once in 1995 on the night the gym was dedicated to Stan Wilson.
    The test is simple, if "your" team wins a national championship, do you get a championship ring? If the answer is yes, then you can say "we." If not, you can't.

    The year the gym was dedicated was 96. Kelly won both regular season games against burton before crashing and burning in the tournament at appy.

    I believe Kelly did the same thing in 1995 except we lost Appalachia in the LPD tournament instead of J.I. Burton.
